Terms and conditions

These terms set out how you buy in the Pegworks online shop at peg-works.com: how you place an order, what delivery costs, how you withdraw from the contract and how you report a complaint.

Effective from 27 October 2026

  1. 01

    General provisions

These terms govern distance sales contracts concluded through the online shop at peg-works.com, in its English version.

The terms are available on the website in a form that allows you to download, save and print them. Contracts are concluded in English.

Polish law applies to contracts concluded through the Shop. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence (Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I).

  5. 05

    Goods and prices

    1. 01You choose the variant and the quantity and click the buy button.
    2. 02You go to the payment operator’s page, where you enter the delivery address, your phone number and, optionally, a company VAT ID for the invoice.
    3. 03You choose the payment method, confirm the order and pay.
    4. 04Once the payment is booked, you receive an order confirmation with the order number at the email address you provided.

The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation. The order number consists of PW, the year and a sequential number, for example PW-2026-0001.

If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s terms for the chosen payment option also apply between you and Klarna.

If you do not pay within the validity of the payment session, the order is not placed and no contract is concluded.

  8. 08

    • –Sets: DPD courier to the address given at payment, delivery included in the price.

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of the payment being booked. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country.

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Consumer only when the goods are delivered to the Consumer.

  9. 09

    Right of withdrawal

A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The rules, deadlines and the model withdrawal form are described on the separate withdrawal page.

  10. 10

    Lack of conformity

The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of that time, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in the applicable national law.

If the goods are not in conformity, you may request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

Send your complaint to kontakt@peg-works.com. Include the order number, a description of the problem and photos, if you have them. We reply within 14 days.

The Seller bears the costs of repair or replacement, including the costs of removal and transport of the goods.

Footpeg inserts are a wear part. Natural wear of an insert in normal use is not a lack of conformity.

  11. 11

    Warranty

The Seller provides a warranty without time limit on the steel parts of the transport mount.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • –footpeg inserts, which are a wear part,

    • –damage caused by exceeding the maximum motorcycle weight of 160 kg.

Send warranty claims to kontakt@peg-works.com. Include the order number, a description of the defect and photos.

We repair the defective part or replace it with one free of defects within 10 business days of receiving it. Shipping costs under the warranty are borne by the Customer.

The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend your statutory rights in case of lack of conformity.

  12. 12

    Personal data

How we process personal data and which cookies the Shop uses is described in the privacy policy.

  13. 13

    Dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in your country. Free advice on cross-border disputes is available from the European Consumer Centres network (ECC-Net).

The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required to do so by law.

The EU ODR platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.

  14. 14

    Final provisions

The Seller may change these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the way the Shop operates. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force on the day the order was placed.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights of a Consumer under mandatory provisions of law.
